Come One, Come All, for a fun, uplifting day of free activities to nourish the Soul, at the SUNY College Camp on Saturday, August 8th from 11am -5:30 pm. Rain or Shine! There will be a bonfire, singalongs, drumming led by Ken Langlieb + friends, corn hole, hiking, storytelling, free psychic readings, a pot luck lunch, and a free ice cream sundae bar.
ISD Sacred Council. We are asking you to Consider what feeds you and adds to your longevity, and to then put that at the center as you consider how to operate in the world & how to serve others. Make it a point to bridge to others around you and put that out there! Share and connect what makes you glow. Final step is to commit! Don’t take or make excuses. Our newly formed ISD Oneonta drum circle, Earth Beats, will offer a guided meditation, blessing of the seven directions, and a shamanic drum circle. Earth Beats, with co-hosts Tom Landon and Karin Murphy, is offering this event at ISD as an outgrowth of their shamanic drumming experiences with another local drum circle led by Suzanne Summers. Participation is open to anyone who hears this calling to them.

Right now, more than ever, the extra care and light we are asking you to bring into your daily experience is that of extra attention to being careful, kind and using dedicated communication with those around you. Really give the exchanges the extra time in the beginning and end and attention to what they are saying as well as giving careful consideration to what it is that you really want to say, before doing so. There is so much merit to be gained from this right now, everything that you care about will benefit!
