Reiki is universal life force energy.  This Japanese technique is used for stress reduction, relaxation and balance.  If one's chi is low or blocked, then we are more likely to become ill or feel stress.  When chi is high, we are better able to be healthy and happy in mind, body and spirit.

Reiki clears and balances the life force energy allowing for the body to best care for itself.   It is an essential tool for those caring for themselves and loved ones.  Reiki complements other treatments.

You will learn the history of Reiki including lineage, be introduced to the chakra system, receive attunements for increased power and effectiveness, and learn traditional hand positions for healing self and others. Techniques and tips on how you may personalize your sessions will be shared.  Students will participate in both a chakra clearing and healing meditation.

You will be able to practice and ask questions.  You will receive a manual and certificate.  As your Reiki teacher, JoAnn will be available for ongoing support.
