“Designed to Speak: New Year, New Voice”
Full-Length Workshop (4 hours with breaks)

Your voice is one of your most powerful spiritual tools. It carries the energy for communication, creativity, and purpose—but years of conditioning can make authentic expression feel challenging. This workshop, with Anna with Intention, invites you to step into the new year with a more aligned, confident, and spiritually attuned voice.
In this immersive experience, you’ll explore your Human Design chart through the lens of the Throat Center—the energetic gateway for expression, manifestation, and creative flow. You’ll uncover how your voice is naturally designed to operate and learn practical, embodied ways to express yourself with ease and integrity.

What You’ll Explore:

♥ Energetic patterns that may be blocking clarity

♥ Tools and practices to help you express yourself from a centered, regulated place

♥ A guided StoryLab exercise to help you craft a personal narrative that clarifies your voice, purpose, and inner wisdom

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your voice blueprint, renewed confidence in sharing your truth, and practical tools to support aligned self-expression throughout the coming year.

Participants must know their birth date, time and location to be able to view their human design charts. Some materials will be provided but participants are encouraged to bring a journal and favorite pen and a water bottle.

Workshop will be at ISD Oneonta Lotus Center- in person only.
