Summer Solstice Sound Immersion and Supper (June 20)

The Summer Solstice Sound Immersion “Exhale” will feature large-scale sound healing in a theatre setting, blending classical vocal performance by Juilliard trained soprano and energy practitioner CC Treadway, acoustic instrumentation and sound healing by Align Energy CST and SoulOSoaring, and guided nervous-system regulation techniques by Fly Creek Aerial Yoga.
Following the sound immersion experience, enjoy a light, healthy and delicious supper catered by the beloved local eatery and event venue Origins Cafe. This event is a culmination of a series of sound baths hosted by Fly Creek Aerial Yoga and Align Energy CST February through May, sold out; the waitlist is open.
