Kimberly Winsor, RPP, LMT, teaches us the ins and outs, the do’s and don’ts of muscle testing- a technique used much like dowsing, using ones own body to cipher out truth for any given situation. Answers come in a yes/no format, so attention is paid to learning how to ask questions, with lots of fun practice.

This class will be held in person, for a limited number, at the Institute for Spiritual Development, Lotus Center, any required current COVID safety protocols in place,  with the hepa, ultraviolet light air filters to scrub the air as needed.

Bio: Kimberly Winsor is a Registered Polarity Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist. She is an experienced bodyworker and herbalist of 19 years. After graduating from the NM Academy of Healing Arts in 2002 with a Dual Certification in Massage and Polarity Therapies, training in Chinese and Ayurvedic Nutrition and movement therapies she has enjoyed maintaining a private practice embracing people, animals and the environment.
