Leiah Bowden, intuitive artist and author from California, guides participants on a sacred inner journey to connect with their expanded self. Through guided meditation, participants receive a personal message from within and transform it into a poem, artwork, or other creative expression. The experience begins by grounding sacred energy and opening a channel to deeper insight and inspiration.
In this inspiring workshop, Leiah will open the portal to your expanded self - the deeper source of wisdom, creativity, and insight within you - and support your creation of a piece of inspired writing or art.
Through a guided meditation, you’ll open to subtle inner guidance and sense a message waiting to emerge. Leiah will support you as you transform that message into a creative expression - a poem, short piece of writing, or intuitive artwork using materials Leiah will provide - allowing your inner voice to take form in the physical world.
The session begins with a grounding process that invites calming, centering energy, creating a sacred and supportive space for inspiration, reflection, and creative discovery.

Leiah Bowden is an intuitive artist, author, animal communicator and spiritual mentor best known for her SoulJourney Energy Portraits, intuitive activation tools for personal growth and transformation in which she traces the patterns of the divine blueprint in each soul and illustrates the map of each person’s soul journey, revealing their hidden wisdom and knowledge. She has been receiving transmissions from divine and other multidimensional expressions of radiance since 1980 and publishes them in her blog, “In the Lap of Elohim.” She mirrors and encourages the authentic divine in each person she encounters to facilitate self-forgiveness and kindle hope. She says, “When we let our intuition guide us, we act true to our authentic being, and we proceed along the path we were born to experience.” Leiah moved from her native, lifelong upstate New York home to northern California in 2015.
