Leiah Bowden is an intuitive artist, author, animal communicator and spiritual mentor best known for her SoulJourney Energy Portraits, dynamic audio-visual soul portraits that serve as intuitive activation tools for personal growth and transformation in which she traces the patterns of the
divine in each soul and illustrates the map of each person’s soul journey, revealing their hidden wisdom and knowledge. She has been receiving transmissions from divine and other multidimensional expressions of radiance since 1972. She mirrors and encourages the authentic divine in each person she encounters to facilitate self-forgiveness and kindle hope.
She began creating SoulJourney Energy Portraits in 1998. She has been teaching “The Healing, Intuitive Art of Energy Portraiture” since 2005. She began offering high-resonance animal communication services in 1993. She has published three books: "In the Light of Peace", assembled poems from her spiritual community in California; "Amidah in the Pandemic: Received Blessings", a collection of her downloaded poems and essays; and "Feline Wisdom to Help Us Heal: cats’ loving messages to humans". Another book about her animal communication experiences is with an agent.
Raised in upstate New York on the lands of the Kanienkehaka (known by the colonial name of Mohawks, one of the six nations of the Haudenosaunee, or Iroquois) she now lives with gratitude on lands of the Coast Miwok in Rohnert Park, California.
