Amy is going back to school for a Masters in Social Work this fall. Amy has done beautiful work over the years, keeping our events as well as our mission and purpose visible for our friends and those who are looking for us on social media platforms. Please take a look at this amazing Reel she recently made for us on Instagram. If you would like to thank Amy for her part in ISD's success, please use the CONTACT US link on our website and we will be sure she gets the message. This healing prayer group, facilitated by Rev. JoAnn Wormuth, and Tom Landon welcomes those who are looking to amplify their personal and world healing by the magnified healing energies that arise in a lightworker group. This group is free to attend and meets on the second Wednesday of every month from 7 to 8 PM on Zoom. The gathering starts and ends with an inspiring reading or prayer, drawing from the wisdom of both modern and ancient spiritual teachers. After discussion of healing needs for yourself, friends, family and those on the prayer list, participants sit in silent meditation for 15 minutes to send healing light. This event is free and all are welcome. If you would like to add this to your personal practice, please email JoAnn Wormuth thru the link on our website for the ZOOM link!

Oracle Group- 6 sessions, with Story Lucile Ducey Resumes Wed., Sept 9th, 1pm-2:30pm
|
This Wednesday Oracle Group will focus first on deep meditation for personal healing and renewal as we reenter the world together. Then we will seek guidance, teachings, and homework from Spirit for ourselves and our families during this transition. This experimental work with Spirit allows Spirit to direct the teachings. We will record the messages and look for the overall theme confirmed by the group. The goal is to dissolve challenging personal and communal karma while seeking strength and guidance to create a new chapter for ourselves and the world.

YOGA with Ron starts again on Fri. Sept. 11th! 1-2:15 pm
|
Yoga is relationship, our lives are a series of living relationships. In this 6 part workshop through a breath centered asana (physical practice), with Ron Zisa, a 30 year Yoga Teacher and Shiatsu practitioner, we will each discover our own capabilities, strengths, weaknesses and inner power. Mostly moving with silence and sometimes with sound we will move the body, focus the mind, increase breathing to open and build grounding, flexibility, growth both without and within. This is a holistic heart centered practice to help us face our day to day challenges.
|
Living through Grief Circle- with Ron Zisa Weekly on Tuesdays, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
|
Living Through Grief Circle:
Facilitated by Ron Zisa, this is an opportunity for participants to witness and share loss. We gather, we listen, we witness, we unburden our grief, we heal, and we live through grief. The circle is open to all, and meets every Tuesday at 1pm. Come to share or just to sit and listen. We find that grief comes from losses of many types.

Soul Centered Tarot Foundations with Anna With Intention Series Starting September 24, 2026 at 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
|
Begin your Fall with a nourishing Zoom-only tarot practicum, taught by Anna with Intention, Tarot and Human Design Teacher and Practitioner from Syracuse. In this supportive four-week series, you’ll build confidence with your deck, strengthen your intuition, and explore tarot as a grounding tool for personal growth and inner wisdom.
Start off the fall with a tarot practice that feels nourishing, intuitive, and aligned. This four-week series isn’t a course—it’s a practicum. A supportive space to practice, explore, and grow in real time.
Each week, you’ll work with the essentials of soul-centered tarot: choosing and connecting with your deck, understanding the principles behind intuitive reading, and building confidence in how you shuffle, pull, and interpret your cards.
Rather than information overload, you’ll receive gentle guidance, hands-on practice, and space to ask questions as you develop a tarot approach that supports your personal growth and inner wisdom.
Whether you’re brand new or returning to a lapsed practice, this circle invites you to slow down, connect, and discover tarot as a steady ally on your path.
Sept. 24th: Week 1 — Finding Your Deck + Building Relationship With Your Cards
October 1st: Week 2 — The Principles of Soul-Centered Tarot
October 8th: Week 3 — How to Shuffle, Pull, and Interpret Without Overthinking
October 15th: Week 4 — Spreads + Practice Readings

RETREAT! PSYCHIC BOOT CAMP for Novices and Masters Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026 at 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
|
Psychic Boot Camp for Novices and Masters 10 am - 3pm In Person Only Bring a bag lunch, or a dish to pass. Deep Relaxation, tune in for guidance, and enhance your skills. Find and break through your self-imposed psychic limits, under the guidance of 25 year psychic mediums, Diana Friedell and Story Lucile Ducey. Most people with psychic gifts stop themselves. They stop to get validation, they stop because of fear, they stop for any number of reasons - all of which weaken and undermine the psychic experience. In this workshop, expect to be gently challenged and intuitively guided to a stronger connection to spirit that will powerfully enhance your psychic gifts with lots of exercising the psychic "muscles", because just as in working out at the gym, you don't get stronger without disciplined practice. For people at all levels of intuitive development with a sincere desire to deepen their ability to connect, and get clearer and faster messages.Jump in, its going to be a lot of fun to see Spirit at work! - Connecting to Higher Self and Personal Empowerment Experience in Guided Journey
- Discerning Past, Present and Future
- Remote Sensing another person's favorite foods!
- Remote Sensing another person's emotional and physical state
- Building Confidence and Speed
- Billets
