A Sadhana Retreat with Diana and Kimberly

Lunch: Cumin Butternut Squash Soup; Chicken noodle soup

We are going through chaotic times. . . Often we feel powerless,  like we’re going down the drain in the storms of  injustice and outrage around us.  Surely what’s happening in the world has created division in our communities and even in our families.  How can we be the stand for healing, peace and stability in the world when we find ourselves embroiled in controversy and dissonance-  Diana and Kimberly lead us in spiritual practices & techniques that lift us up, and keep us rooted and grounded in a heart-centered space, so that we can be the “eye of the storm” when it is storming all around us.  Come rest, re-connect with your divine essence, and renew.

What will I take from this retreat? 

• Plugging in to goodness, light and love, as a daily practice.

• Developing Daily practices & helpful techniques to lift us up and nourish our being
• Techniques to keep us grounded and protected through tumultuous times, including:
• Guided Meditation to encounter the True Self version of You

•  How to rise above a tumultuous situation and get to the Higher Self point of view

• Keeping the Dark at bay. . .

LUNCH:  Two kinds of soup will be served, plus gluten free cornbread and hot & cold beverages. Feel free to bring something that will add to this meal!

Please Bring:

• bring a water bottle, yoga mat and small blanket or cover for yourself. We are not doing yoga, but you may choose to lay down for one or more phase of the day. 
• in lieu of a class registration fee, please make a donation to ISD for this event that is comfortable for you, but also which honors the time and resources used to host the event.

Diana Friedell

Diana Friedell, Metaphysician, Minister, Teacher, Actress, and Director, received her advanced training in the Spiritualist tradition.  She has been doing readings & healings for over 25 years.. Diana is a 2004 graduate of the School for Healing and Prophecy through Fellowships of the Spirit in Lily Dale, NY, and a graduate of SUNY Oneonta, where she studied teaching and theatre.  Diana was sanctioned as a Minister through Institute for Spiritual Development, where she currently serves as Faculty, Pastor and Co-Director. Diana was called to this work as a result of her search for spiritual meaning after her youngest son passed away unexpectedly in 1994.  Diana is available for private psychic readings, parties, phone/ZOOM readings and intuitive development classes.

Kimberly Winsor

Kimberly Winsor is a Registered Polarity Therapist, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and Certified Herbalist of over 24 years. After graduating from the NM Academy of Healing Arts in 2002 she has expanded her work to include Geomancy, Past-Life Clearing, Human Bio-field Tuning and Co-Creative Alchemy. She is dedicated to helping herself and all those that work with her to achieving mindful and efficient paths to health and wellbeing on all levels, in the ways that work best for them. She enjoys a private practice embracing people, animals and the environment.

Kimberly is a Sanctioned Reader and Healer through the Institute for Spiritual Development. Angel Card Readings are offered as she maintains a sanctified vessel and clear connection with Higher Powers and Super Friends, insisting on simple truth for those receiving readings =)
