ISD Sacred Council
When conditions are slippery, we walk carefully. We hold onto others… We go slow.
Right now, more than ever, the extra care and light we are asking you to bring into your daily experience is that of extra attention to being careful, kind and using dedicated communication with those around you. Really give the exchanges the extra time in the beginning and end and attention to what they are saying as well as giving careful consideration to what it is that you really want to say, before doing so. There is so much merit to be gained from this right now, everything that you care about will benefit!

With the new year comes a dawning of new possibilities for our lives. Peak around the corner with us at ISD to see what’s next for you in 2026. What classes & events invite you to explore? Follow your heart and join us in bringing spiritual balance and healing into our lives and into the lives of everyone you cross paths with.

ISD Sacred Council Message- The simple truth of the matter is that it’s all about perfecting our relations and lifting things to higher and higher octaves. One of the best ways to do this is by getting intimate with gratitude and appreciation. It is important to generate the positive flow of thankfulness that can bring joy into someone else's life.

Seventeen members and friends gathered on Sunday, January 18th for our ISD Oneonta's 2026 Annual Convention to review our progress in 2025 and set our goals and intentions for 2026. Joann Wormuth chaired, as acting President, until Jaya Buckland can resume that position. We are very pleased about the growth since we arrived at our beautiful new space at 297 River Street Service Rd in Oneonta.

ISD Sacred Council-
We are most truthfully revealed in how we speak to those closest to us. Chat time with our loyal friends is the clearest measure of who we actually are—and a mirror we can use to better know ourselves by listening to how and what we say to those nearest to us.

Did you know? You can host your meeting, class, private party, or see clients in our beautiful Great Room with kitchen, or in the OWL Room or PHOENIX Room, set up as practitioner rooms for a modest fee to ISD. A big round of applause to all of our readers, healers, and volunteer staff that made our All Soul's SpiritFest a big success! We converted our already glittering center into a public venue with both quiet space for readings and healings and space for vendors that brought so much fun! Soups and goodies donated by our members kept us all going and we can't wait to do it again in the new year.

At this Sunday Service, We are going to make our own unique Day of the Dead altar, from the Mexican tradition. Please bring Photos & mementos of your departed loved ones to remember and celebrate their lives, as well as to create a personal connection.
