Right now, more than ever, the extra care and light we are asking you to bring into your daily experience is that of extra attention to being careful, kind and using dedicated communication with those around you. Really give the exchanges the extra time in the beginning and end and attention to what they are saying as well as giving careful consideration to what it is that you really want to say, before doing so. There is so much merit to be gained from this right now, everything that you care about will benefit!

Living Through Grief Circle: Facilitated by Ron Zisa, this is an opportunity for participants to witness and share loss. We gather, we listen, we witness, we unburden our grief, we heal, and we live through grief. The circle is open to all, and meets every Tuesday at 1pm. Come to share or just to sit and listen. We find that grief comes from losses of many types.

Yoga is relationship, our lives are a series of living relationships. In this 6 part workshop through a breath centered asana (physical practice), with Ron Zisa, a 30 year Yoga Teacher and Shiatsu practitioner, we will each discover our own capabilities, strengths, weaknesses and inner power. Mostly moving with silence and sometimes with sound we will move the body, focus the mind, increase breathing to open and build grounding, flexibility, growth both without and within. This is a holistic heart centered practice to help us face our day to day challenges. Sign up for any one or all.

Our newly formed ISD Oneonta drum circle, Earth Beats, with co-hosts Tom Landon and Karin Murphy, will offer a guided meditation, blessing of the seven directions, and a shamanic drum circle to celebrate the sacred celestial occasion of Spring Equinox. Participation is open to anyone who hears this calling to them. If you have a drum, by all means bring it! We will have warm soup and other tasty delights to enjoy after the drumming.

If you've felt a calling to be a Spiritual Leader, and see yourself as one who serves humanity by guiding others on their spiritual path, then Ministry at ISD maybe the path for you. Rev. Diana, Rev. Story and the ministerial team will go over the requirements, and give us a sense of what it means to serve ISD and the greater community in this capacity.

Amanda Devore will guide participants each week, in this 4 week series, through the techniques that support the experience of integration of holographic reality and quantum manifestation threading in the metaphysical teachings of the world traditions. Through this self experience and analysis of self talk, self image and belief in who and what you are we will dissect the beliefs that keep us from living in the otherworldly realms of bliss, magic and wonder through deep connection with nature and the true nature of reality, and immaculate conception.

This 2 part class taught by Rev. Diana Friedell, covers deportment, protocol, and presentation for all who appear in the public eye, and training for the function of MC during the spiritual services at the Institute. It's both a metaphysical church and an educational center originally founded 49 yrs ago in Sparta, NJ. With the belief that all paths lead us Home, ISD is dedicated to helping each spirit walk their path with courage and joy.
