I think that we all would agree that moving into a new space has been an incredible group effort and joy.
One of the most engaging aspects was the process of taking suggestions and the voting to name the two active practitioner rooms. After gathering names and narrowing it down our membership came up with the perfect choices!
ISD Sacred Counsel Message:
Our message this week is the urgent plea to stop trying so hard! We exhaust ourselves running circles and managing details, picking up messes and trying to make things happen. There is infinite expression of love here waiting for you to call on it, just ask! ~ out loud!~ Call on Archangel Raphael with a prayer for whatever healing intervention you need help with. Take that moment then to stop, let go, back away and rest for a while knowing the universe is working it for you. Pray, ask for help then surrender to the Magic Stream of Life and stand by! We don't have to do everything!

A huge round of applause to our moving crew headed up by Dan Atkinson & Kimberly Winsor, on 11-29 ! We still need help as we are unpacking and decorating gradually. Please note that even though we have moved to 297 River St., Oneonta, NY. We will hold the Sunday, Dec. 15th Service at Tom Landon’s, which will be our last Sunday service held there. We are beyond grateful for that space which has served as ISD Headquarters for four years!
As I painted on Saturday with our crew the overarching thought that kept coming to my mind, SEVA or Selfless Service.
The practice of Seva is the opportunity to observe how I am with the circumstances that are being presented to me as I work in the name of a greater purpose.
We have a visual treat in our western sky for the remainder of the month. You will find Comet A3 after sunset in the western sky. Look for VENUS and the bright red star, ARCTURUS. The comet will be found between them, but quite a bit closer to Arcturus. The later we progress into October the higher above these two markers you should look. Comet A3 will be visible at first with the naked eye, later on binoculars will be helpful. I looked at it on Tuesday evening. It has a lovely, long tail.
Wisdom for this week reminds us that laughter is a powerful antidote to stress, pain and conflict. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. It breaks up stagnant energy and helps us relax, and who doesn't need that nowadays!?

We had a smorgasbord of a potluck lunch and several people led songs, played guitar and jumped in on a healing drum circle
The rhythm of life is a beautiful thing!

Messages received from our Oracle Group Sessions. . .
This is the time we have been impatiently waiting for. The human race is evolving. We have grown out of old clay molds of what defines us and are breaking free. There are huge waves of change right now, one right after another- it’s no wonder you can’t breathe, don’t let it drown you. It’s never too late to heal. We have no idea how much help and light that we are co-creating together and how powerful we are. BE not afraid. Be not tearful .
Mystical Reflections Spirit Fest! The fall is a natural time for new beginnings, for “going back to school”, for stepping into new routines that get you on track to fulfilling goals and intentions. Is there a Spirit Guide or departed loved one waiting to give me important life guidance?
