     "The simple truth of the matter is that it’s all about perfecting our relations and lifting things to higher and higher octaves. One of the best ways to do this is by getting intimate with gratitude and appreciation. It is important to generate the positive flow of thankfulness that can bring joy into someone else's life. By doing so, you will not only decrease your stress, you will also generate the feeling of goodwill and love in your life."

Living Through Grief Circle: Facilitated by Ron Zisa, this is an opportunity for participants to witness and share loss. We gather, we listen, we witness, we unburden our grief, we heal, and we live through grief. The circle is open to all, and meets every Tuesday at 1pm. Come to share or just to sit and listen. We find that grief comes from losses of many types.

Yoga is relationship, our lives are a series of living relationships. In this 6 part workshop through a breath centered asana (physical practice), with Ron Zisa, a 30 year Yoga Teacher and Shiatsu practitioner, we will each discover our own capabilities, strengths, weaknesses and inner power. Mostly moving with silence and sometimes with sound we will move the body, focus the mind, increase breathing to open and build grounding, flexibility, growth both without and within. This is a holistic heart centered practice to help us face our day to day challenges.

This Wednesday Group is called an Oracle Group because we will be focusing first, on deep meditation for healing and renewal for ourselves as we attempt to reenter the world together. Then, we will be seeking guidance, teachings and home work from Spirit together for all of us and our families as we move through this transition. This is experimental work with Spirit. We allow Spirit to direct us and present the teachings they want us to focus on. We will record the messaging and seek the overall message as confirmed by the majority of the messaging. The overall goal is to dissolve challenging personal and communal karma while we seek strength and guidance in creating a new chapter for ourselves as individuals and for our world.

The sessions are not sequential.

For ages 10 and up! Bring a family member, Ages (10 to 16, must be accompanied by an adult). This class will be limited to 12 people total. During this 2 Day workshop, you will learn the ancient mask-making tradition from the Commedia dell'Arte actors of the Italian Renaissance.

Day 1: We will make the plaster cast of your face and a papier-mache neutral mask within it, or a character mask on the outside of your cast.

Day 2: We will paint and finish your mask. While the masks are drying, in small groups, you will learn how to wear a Theater mask and create mask and mime improvisations. By the end of the workshop, you will leave with your Paper mache mask and the plaster cast of your face, from which you can make many more masks and wall hangings.

Chakras form our energy anatomy. When clear of blockages, they keep us healthy and balanced. JoAnn Wormuth, Master Energy Healer, leads us to discover the meaning and purpose of each chakra. We will learn to address & clear any impurities in our own energy system. There will be energy exercises & as well as self-discovery and healing meditations.

As we know it, Chi Gung, also known as QiGung, is a practice of both energy work, mindfulness and gentle physical movements, or forms practiced to increase one's own health. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it bridges easily out of that tradition for anyone looking to feel better and work especially on their physical health. Typically those who build the daily practice experience more energy and clarity in their lives, and the propensity to build and balance their physical, mental or emotional health as well.

Amanda Devore will guide participants each week through the techniques that support the experience of integration of holographic reality and quantum manifestation threading in the metaphysical teachings of the world traditions.
