ASTROLOGY FORECAST

(April 1 - 8)

As April opens we are still firmly within the effects of much of what was discussed about the alignments throughout March. Rather than repeat them all, I will refer you to our Celestial Conversations Page where past columns can be read.

April begins with the conjunction in Pisces/Aries still beaming this laser focus of combined energies toward us. The North Node, Mercury, Venus, Neptune, and Saturn are all within that arc of efficacy.

There are not very many planetary movements the first 2 weeks of April, but there are other alignments of interest. I mentioned a Kite formation the last week of last month with the asteroid ANGEL at the tail, the multi-planet conjunction in Pisces at the apex, and Pluto and Uranus at the corners. Looking at the star charts for the first 2 weeks of April reveals a total of 3 Kite formations!

They are stretched across most of the zodiac wheel, and involve all of the planets. This will provide a great deal of support for all the extraordinary energies our celestial partners are presenting us with. Kites are supposed to be rare, but I have told you about these formations quite often in the last year. I think it is safe to say that this is an example of unprecedented support during a time with many shifting energies.

This is where I will suggest that with the immense power of these alignments, we may experience a great pull between opposite ideologies and choices. This may increase the tension between groups of people and between individuals. I think this is where it may be the wisest choice to work with your own personal situations. You may have little influence over large groups, but you do have dominion over your own life.

This is when it is of great comfort to turn to your belief in the Creator, the Angels, our Guide teams, and also the assistance of the celestial bodies. They dance exquisite patterns in the space around our “Blue Jewel.”

I contend that the astrological energies are to assist you. I will state my belief that you have free will, and you create your own reality. But just as I believe we have many more beings helping us than we can possibly imagine, I also believe that the Stars, Asteroids, and Planets are in constant support of us. That holds true even when the alignments and placements are challenging.

The above statements are particularly true when the alignments challenge you. My opinion on astrology differs from many conventional interpretations. I will not refer to any planet as a “malefic” or in “detriment.” They are presenting you with moments to solve issues within your life and soul - all to your benefit. The shadow work is necessary at times, but not because of punishment or bad karma. It is a case of our soul’s wish to experience all of life's choices for optimal growth.

4/1 - 4/27 - NEPTUNE will be on the ARIES POINT, (1°) for most of April. This is all about new beginnings. Aries is a fire sign, with action being its predominant trait. It has a strong focus on the individual which is why I encourage you to work on yourself, because that is what the energies support the most. As each individual improves their own circumstances, in ways that are not detrimental to others, that serves to support the whole.

4/7 - MERCURY stations direct in Pisces at 26 degrees. This will be a last traverse across this sign of magic, imagination, and mystery for 2025. MERCURY is our communications planet. Perhaps we may find new ways to reach a consensus in a time when that seems very difficult. Pisces can add eloquence to communications. This can aid true, heart based communication with others.

The relatively few changes in the skies this week should allow us to get our bearings. March was a powerhouse of changes with many new energies for our bodies and minds to absorb. Try to find patience with yourself and others during this time of new beginnings.

ASTROLOGY FORECAST

(April 9 - 15)

4/12 - The FULL MOON is in Libra at 8:22 pm. This lunation is one we have visited for approximately 18 months, as it was the axis of the last series of eclipses, the final one in the series came on 3/29.

This FULL MOON is about finding a healthy balance between the individual and group dynamics. Self (Sun in Aries) and other (Moon in Libra.) Both are necessary for a fulfilling life. This alignment is emotional in nature. It may nudge you in a particular way if you need more balance. There may not be any surprises, though, since you have visited this axis during the many eclipses we have experienced in the last year and one half.

We all must have a healthy balance between our own needs and best interests, and those of everyone around us. This FULL MOON can be of assistance to you. It will be particularly strong for the Cardinal signs, which are Aries, Libra, Cancer, and Capricorn. It will also feel strong for anyone with personal planets and points from 19-27 degrees of the Cardinal signs.

4/12 - VENUS stations direct at 24° Pisces. This is a final trip through Pisces for VENUS in 2025. She is exalted in Pisces so this is a very good placement for her. She may help you bring new, magical expressions into your heart and relationships. The human condition may be quite different when she next visits Pisces in 2026. VENUS can help you find what is closest to your heart and your soul gifts.

4/13 - Asteroid JUNO is in retrograde. She backs into Scorpio today. JUNO represents devotion and loyalty, even in the face of betrayal. In Scorpio she will encourage an intense evaluation of relationships. Passion is added and decisions may be made about imbalances of power and trust. Does this unwavering devotion still make sense?

Adding to this theme is the fact that Asteroid VESTA and LILITH are also in Scorpio now. This adds the location of the sacred with VESTA, and LILITH'S nature to have her existence and heart acknowledged. This places 3 female energies together in passionate Scorpio. The status quo that has large imbalances in race, economic affluence, and male/female relations may be due for a shake up.

These are all the planetary movements for now, and that may be for the best. I encourage you to study all the planets, asteroids, and points mentioned in the last 2 months again. They are bringing us to many choice points as they all in turn reach the ARIES POINT. Each new trip around the Zodiac wheel facilitates new changes. Many of these are long term, so give yourself adequate time to adjust.
